Regenerative Medicine Technician
Essie arrived in New Mexico in 1984. Her first residence was a teepee in Santa Fe while driving a local school bus. She has been Enchanted ever since. She received her license in massage therapy in 1997 from Crystal Mountains. Her career has included teaching potential massage therapists and she has owned her own practice in Albuquerque for the past 27 years. She recently joined Zia as a technician and plans to use her skills in massage and laser therapy with our clients.
When not at work, Essie spends time with her dog, Sandy, a west mesa rescue, and her cat, Marco, the cat that dropped into her backyard and never left. The team can be found four wheeling, rock-hounding, and camping throughout the state. She has been involved in restoring historic stained glass church windows with her friends at ABQ Art Glass. Rocks and restoration have become passions for her.
